《全民倒共!天下围城!》──全球纪念六四25周年网络大会,定于北京时间5月31日,上午8点到下午2点,连续六个小时,以多种网络平台举行,海内外连线,全世界共鸣。每一个小时为一个环节,共六个环节。每个环节的具体安排稍后公布。

参会方法
全球纪念六四25周年网络大会,定于北京时间5月31日,上午8点到下午2点举行,连续六个小时。
本次网络大会将采用多种网络媒体连线同时进行。主会场设在 Paltalk 服务器的 6425WebCongress 房间,分会场设在 RaidCall 服务器的“全球纪念六四25周年网络大会”语音组群(ID 为 26849348),同时还通过多个网址以及国内外的其他一些服务器进行实况音频转播。此外,我们也欢迎任何朋友利用自己掌握的网络语音组群进行转播。
一、收听实况音频转播的网址
本次大会的实况将在下列网页进行音频转播,各地朋友直接打开其中任何一个网页就可以听实况转播,无需下载安装任何软件:

收听实况转播的朋友如欲向正在会上发言的主讲人提问,请将问题通过电子邮件发送到邮箱 8964webcongress@gmail.com,邮件的标题须以“(提问)”开头,并注明被提问人的姓名。
二、分会场
网络大会的分会场设置在 RaidCall 服务器的语音组群“全球纪念六四25周年网络大会”,群 ID 为 26849348。
如果你还没用过 RaidCall,那么请在到网址 http://www.raidcall.com.tw 注册一个用户名,并下载和安装 RaidCall 软件。
安装运行 RaidCall 软件并登陆进去之后,在 RaidCall 窗口“發現”页的左上角“輸入群ID或群名稱”处输入“26849348”或“全球纪念六四25周年网络大会”的字样,并按回车,进入会场大厅,此时点击“大会分会场”字样,便可进入分会场。
在分会场主要是进行对主会场实况的转播,并在主会场发言结束后,可以进行语音讨论。在分会场发言需要排麦。排队拿到麦克风后,按着 F2 键进行发言。

主会场
如有意在会上发言或提问,请发信到给 8964webcongress@gmail.com 登记预约,并登录到主会场开会。在主会场每人提问发言不超过一分钟。
主会场设置在 Palktalk 房间 "Asia and Pacific" => "China" => "6425WebCongress" 进行。这是大会的主会场,座位有限。在主会场满员的情况下,请到分会场参加会议,或通过前述网址收听实况转播。
如果你还没用过 PalTalk,那么请在您的电脑或手机上安装 PalTalk 软件(可在网址 http://www.paltalk.com 下载)。
安装并运行了 PalTalk 软件之后,请注册一个用户名,然后登陆进入 PalTalk。登陆之后,在界面窗口上点击 "View All",此时会出现会场列表清单的窗口。在该窗口中,先在顶部的语言选项中选择"All Languages",这样才能看到全部会场。然后在全部会场清单中依次选择 "Asia and Pacific" => "China" => "6425WebCongress",便可进入网络大会的会场。
开会发言请举手(按 Raise Hand 健),由主持人根据顺序安排发言。轮到您发言时,您需要用手按住键盘上的 Ctrl 键不放,或者用鼠标按住窗口上的"Push to Talk"键不放,同时对着您电脑上的麦克风讲话。发言结束后,说一声“我发言完了”,然后放开所按的键。
Paltalk 的写字板不接支持中文输入。与会者如要在写字板上发布中文信息与主持人沟通,可先在其他书写软件(如,记事本、Word 等)上书写中文,然后复制到 Paltalk 的写字板上。
Citizens' Web Forum - Global Web Congress to Commemorate the 20th Anniversary of the June 4th Tiananmen Massacre
Citizens' Web Forum (The Forum) will be a large scale, web-based platform for Chinese people, regardless of weather residing inside or outside mainland China? to discuss the future of China, social and political issues and the polymerization of non-governmental forces, action and strategy.
The Forum's first event will be hosting the Global Web Congress to Commemorate the 20th Anniversary of the June 4th Tiananmen Massacre (The June 4th Congress).
The June 4th Congress will provide a service platform through the internet connection, an opportunity to combine commemorative activities held by different organizations, groups and individuals domestic and foreign, in towns and cities around the world into a strong force of global action.
The June 4th Congress will declare through the mass demonstration and global cooperation and common action that the power of civil activities camp is no longer what the authorities described as "nothing to worry about."
The June 4th Congress is also a working meeting. It will provide the opportunity for different groups, organizations and individuals with different demands and concerns to assemble together, gather consensus, and to discuss common goals, cooperative projects and formats.
The June 4th Congress will provide a group of public discussion forums. Anyone who has concerns about social problems in China and/or has political aspirations is invited to join the forums and to speak freely.
1. The June 4th Congress Process
The June 4th Congress will hold the opening ceremony on May 4 and the closing ceremony on June 4. During the month long congress, besides the open forums, formal meetings will be held every few days at home and abroad. The formal meetings will be joined live by people globally through a variety of network technologies. The formal meetings will have a main live meeting location and one to several live satellite locations around the world.
Beyond the formal meetings, the forums will intersperse a variety of symposiums, free topics which will be distributed and replayed around the clock, around the world to create 24-hour online excitement and activities.
During this period, at each country, city and town around the world, the local dignitaries and celebrities will also be invited to give speeches to the meetings. The meetings will be broadcasted live and replayed on internet.
2. The Forum's Organization
The Forum is a loose gathering of volunteers. It does not belong to nor is associated with any organization or individual.
The June 4th Congress invites networking and computer experts and professionals around the world to join the effort, to participate in the operation of the network connection, commitment to local activities, webcast, and broadcasting live meetings at the scene of local activities.
The June 4th Congress urgently invites individuals and organizations around the world to join the activities and to contribute their special talent and capacities to the cause by making meeting arrangements, coordinate broadcasting and other activities of the series, contacting politicians and the media, keeping meeting records, translating and editing documents and so on.
The June 4th Congress welcomes all existing internet forums and chat rooms to join the Forum during the month long period by using the same "Web Congress to Commemorate the 20th Anniversary of the June 4th Tiananmen Massacre" subject and holding their own symposium or events. The June 4th Congress organizers will announce, coordinate and notify the network, public and media of the topic, timing and details of the forums. The Forum welcomes discussions of a variety of social and political issues, such as Tiananmen Massacre, Charter 08, freedom of religion, press and speech, political prisoners' rescue and support efforts, the Anti-Rightist Campaign and the Cultural Revolution, etc.
The June 4th Congress encourages friends around the world to upload their own documents, pictures, and audio/video records concerning the Tiananmen Massacre to the Forum.
3. Agenda
Formal meetings of the June 4th Congress shall be organized formally. Anyone interested in speaking at the meetings should submit to the Congress organizers by the deadline an application to speak along with the written speech. The organizers will notify the accepted speakers of the approximate time allotted for the speech. After the Congress, the speeches will be compiled collectively and published on line or in print. An overall agenda / schedule of the Congress will be published as soon as possible.
Congress registration and means of contact, as well as the specific schedule will be published by the organizers. The organizers will also work with local people on broadcasting, coordination and scheduling of local and regional events.
The topics and schedules of each forum shall be hosted and organized by its own people. However, the Congress organizers will publicize the general topics and the schedule of the discussions.
The June 4th Congress shall start on Beijing time May 4th, 2009 and end on June 4th, Pacific Standard Time in the United States.
